The problem
CRM hygiene is the silent killer of sales orgs
Every CRO inherits the same problem: a CRM full of half-empty deals, last-touched 19 days ago, with no activity log, no MEDDPICC update, and a Close Date set to the last day of the quarter. Pipeline reviews become forensic archaeology. Forecasts become guesses.
The root cause isn't laziness — it's that updating the CRM properly after a call takes 8–12 minutes of structured re-entry. Activity log, MEDDPICC delta, next steps, stage update, probability adjustment. After 5 calls a day, no rep has 60 minutes left to do it.
So they don't. Or they update 'Activity' with 'good call' and move on. Either way, the data the org runs on is fiction.
The fix
RevPilot writes CRM-ready notes that paste straight into your fields
Paste your call notes. Pick 'CRM Notes' as the output. RevPilot generates a structured, CRM-ready note with: Stage / Amount / Close Date / Probability suggestion, a tight activity log entry, a MEDDPICC delta (what changed since the last update), specific next steps with owners and dates, and any Paper Process or Competition flags.
Output is formatted for direct paste into Salesforce or HubSpot custom fields — or as a single block into the deal Notes field if your CRM is set up that way. Two-finger paste, your CRM is current, your forecast is honest.

Why teams switch
The execution gain
60 seconds instead of 12 minutes
Reclaim ~1 hour per AE per day on CRM data entry — and actually have the CRM be current.
Honest forecasts
When every deal has an honest stage, amount and probability, the forecast meeting becomes useful instead of theatrical.
MEDDPICC delta tracking
RevPilot tells you what changed since the last update — so MEDDPICC stays dynamic, not a one-time snapshot.
Won't fabricate amounts
Stage, amount and probability suggestions are derived only from what your notes say. Anything missing is flagged, not invented.
Field-mapped to your CRM
Output structure maps to standard Salesforce / HubSpot / Pipedrive fields, including common MEDDPICC custom objects.
Pairs with every other output
Generate CRM notes alongside the follow-up email and exec summary in one pass — one input, three execution assets.
What about…
Honest answers to common concerns
We use Salesforce, not HubSpot.
Both are first-class. The output structure maps to Salesforce standard + custom MEDDPICC fields, HubSpot deal properties, or Pipedrive notes. Same generation, different paste target.
Why not native CRM sync?
Native sync is on the public roadmap and being prioritized by user vote. Copy-paste today still saves AEs ~10 minutes per call vs writing from scratch — most teams adopt now and migrate to sync when it ships.
Will it overwrite existing fields if we sync later?
No — the planned sync model is delta-based, appending to activity logs and proposing field updates for AE approval before write. Fields you didn't change stay untouched.
Can I customize the field structure?
Yes — set up team templates that match your specific Salesforce / HubSpot field naming convention. New on Team plans.
