Terms of Service

RevPilot is a brand and software product operated by AeLux Holding Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore with its registered office at 68 Circular Road #02-01, 049422 Singapore ("AeLux", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and AeLux Holding Pte. Ltd.

1. Agreement

By accessing or using RevPilot (the "Service"), available at revpilot.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Plans, billing, and trials

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe, our third-party payment processor.
  • By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on each renewal.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
  • You can cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
  • We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice for existing subscribers.
  • Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which will be added where required.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Service.
  • Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or infringing.
  • Resell, sublicense, or share access to your account.
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit and the outputs you generate. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you submit.

6. AI-generated output

The Service uses AI models to generate content. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy or fitness of generated content.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Scheduled maintenance and third-party outages may affect availability.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, abuse, non-payment, or as required by law. Upon termination, your data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of AeLux Holding Pte. Ltd. for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
