Privacy Policy

RevPilot is a brand and software product operated by AeLux Holding Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated in Singapore with its registered office at 68 Circular Road #02-01, 049422 Singapore. References to "RevPilot" in this policy refer to the service operated by AeLux Holding Pte. Ltd.

1. Who we are

2. Data we collect

  • Account data: email address, display name, password hash.
  • Usage data: generations you create, history, plan and quota usage.
  • Billing data: handled by Stripe; we store subscription status and plan only — never card details.
  • Support data: messages you send through our contact form (name, email, message).
  • Technical data: IP address, browser/device type, error logs (for security and debugging).

3. How we use your data

  • Provide and operate the RevPilot service.
  • Authenticate you and protect your account.
  • Process payments and manage your subscription.
  • Send transactional emails (account, billing, security, support).
  • Respond to support requests sent to hello@revpilot.net.
  • Detect abuse, fraud, and security incidents.

4. Legal basis (GDPR — for users in the EU/EEA/UK)

Although AeLux Holding Pte. Ltd. is established in Singapore, where we offer the service to users in the EU/EEA/UK we process personal data on the following bases: performance of our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)), and our legitimate interest in operating a secure service (Art. 6(1)(f)).

5. International transfers

Personal data may be transferred to and processed in Singapore and other jurisdictions where our sub-processors operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Sub-processors

  • Supabase — database, auth, file storage.
  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Cloudflare — hosting and CDN.
  • Lovable AI — AI model gateway for content generation.

7. Data retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. After deletion, data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. invoices and accounting records).

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to or restrict processing. Contact hello@revpilot.net to exercise these rights. EU/EEA/UK users may also lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority. Singapore users may contact the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC).

9. Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Because no non-essential cookies are set, no cookie consent banner is displayed.

10. Security

We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, row-level security on all database tables, and continuous automated security scanning. Security issues can be reported to hello@revpilot.net.

11. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
